Fitness Equipment

I passed by our Filipino neighbor when I went jogging last week. She invited me inside and I saw her fitness equipment in their garage. And because I'm nosy I tried it. Surprise surprise I did not managed to do it. It is an equipment that you do set up which involve your arm strength and so as your legs. Well she said that she do around 80 every morning and sometimes 80 at night. No wonder even she already have 4 kids she still looks great. What do you think? Can I do it? I don't think so.
