How often do yo need to have these clinical exams?
Mammogram - Every three years for women over 50.
Breast Check-up - Every three years for women in their twenties and thirties; every year for women over 40.
Cholesterol Test - Every five years for women over 40. Tests recommended for under 40s with hereditary cardiovascular problems.
HIV Testing - Once sexually active, a repeat test once every three years.
Cervical Screening - Every three years between ages of 25 and 49; every five years between ages of 50 and 64.
Thyroid Test - Every three years from age 35.
Hearing Test - Every 10 years.very two years and full examination every four years.
We often ignore our health. Before it will be too late, we need to have our health check by a qualified individual.

Another important test for women and/or men with osteoporosis in the family is the bone density test.
that's very informative... my husband keeps encouraging me to do some tests but too scared to do it:(
it's really important that we have a regular medical check-up just to monitor if our body is still good as new. it pays to be prepared...
