What will you feel when your husband tell you that your face looks ok'ish for your age but your body doesn't because your fat and getting bigger? That's what my husband said to me!!! Maybe he was joking but I was hurt. I am trying to lose some weight but not for him but for myself to make me feel better.
But even if he said so I am still comfortable with my own skin and able to smile and pose for the camera. What do I do??? Ignore him!

I asked my husband last night this question. " What if I gain weight and become really fat, would you tell me that I am so fat ? " His answer was.. " Even if you weigh 300 lbs, I won't tell you that." :)

hi shiela..well some guys are just too insensitive and tactless. siguro kasi, he's so comfortable na with you and besides, he is your hubby. i do know how you feel, at one point, my dear hubby told me, "ma, don't get mad ha, you're pretty and all but you look like a whale..." duh! i told myself, i will lose weight for myself and not because i am a fat cow or whale for that matter....hahahaha. maganda naman tayo eh, never mind the fat. just bear in mind, it's the beauty within and if you should lose weight it's because of healthy reasons and not for vanity sake... sige nga sister, show him what you've got!!!
Wow, that is totally insensitive. You are not fat, I really am fat and my husband would never call me fat, he smacks me(playfully of course lol) when I call myself fat. He does not care, I was very thin and had a great body when we were young, now I'm older and have more then my fair share of curves and he loves my body just as much as ever.
Men can be insensitive sometimes. My hubby is not like that when it comes to my weight. He said as long as I'm comfortable and happy with my body then that's important. I agree, you lose weight for your self not for others.
